PID CONTROLLER: ADVANCED MODE gives your grill a customized PID by the size of the grill.
CHEF MODE: Calibrate the temperature deviation between RTD probe readout and actual temperature of the grill.
COOK AND SMOKE : Cook mode has 9 temperature options ranging from 225℉ to 450 ℉. Smoke mode runs at 180°F to 200°F, ten tunings from P0 to P9 to choose.
TWO MEAT PROBE CONNECTION PORTS: Allow you to plug in two meat probe to monitor the internal temperature of your meat in the grill.
